"Alfatech" company gives the warranty on all main types of the sales: for Hyundai and Shantui equipment, Kwanglim equipment, SCM tower cranes, NHL dump trucks, elevators and escalators of Schtainberg trade mark, as well as wide range of spare parts. These warranties are given directly by the company itself using mobile after-sale service and availability of the wide range of spare parts at its storehouses.
"Alfatech" offers the following warranty conditions on all available machinery and equipment:
1. For Hyundai equipment "Alftatech" offers warranty which is valid during one year from delivery to the user or within a thousand and five hundred motor operation hours. The warranty for engines mounted onto the Hyundai equipment is valid within 1 year or 1500 motor operation hours.
During warranty period "Alfatech" will make repair or replacement of any part or parts in which defects were found.
2. For Shantui equipment the company will give the warranty for 1500 motor operation hours or 12 months from date of equipment delivery to the buyer. The warranty for materials and mechanisms of running gear is 12 months or 1500 motor operation hours from the equipment commissioning.
3. The warranty for Kwanglim equipment covers it during 12 months or 1000 motor operation hours from date of delivery to the Buyer, irrespective to the fact, if the hydraulic hammer was put into operation or was not operated during the above mentioned period.
4. The warranty for SCM tower crane is valid within one year from delivery to the first user or within two thousand and four hundred machine operation hours that is registered by machine operation hours counter. During warranty period mentioned above the representatives of our company will make repair or replacement of any part or parts in which defects of materials or workmanship were found.
5. The warranty for NHL dump trucks is valid within 12 months or a thousand and five hundred motor operation hours from the moment of delivery to the buyer. The company will render high quality service works and timely replacement of spare parts, the warranty for which covers the period of 6 months.
6. Also "Alfatech" company gives the warranties which are valid during three months for spare parts and service works. These warranties are valid in case the spare parts and service works during repair or replacement of the equipment will be given by "Alfatech" company.
