| Jaw crushers |
| In world's practice the most common and all-purpose machine for crushing of hard materials are traditional jaw crushers.
Offered in the middle of the century before last by the "Black" firm, the jaw crusher with crank gear, in which the crushing took place between two jaws (movable and fixed), was as much profitable in crushing of various ores and materials as the essence of its design is not changed until now.
Jaw crushers are used for large and medium crushing of different materials in many branches of economy, mainly in ore mining industry and construction materials industry.

| Cone crushers |
| In domestic and foreign practice cone crushers are widely used. They are used on all phases of the crushing when processing the various ores and materials according to both the size of crushed material, and variety of physical and mechanical properties. The materials and the ores having low slabby structure or containing clay fractions with increased their humidity should be considered to be excluded. In the first case, the overload of crusher's driving motor or enlargement of the crushed material's size can take place; in the second case – often engaging of the shock absorption system and blocking of the crushing chamber.
It is accepted to designate the crushers as cone crushers in which the crushing is carried out by material compression between the cones located one in the another. First models of such machines had working space in form of two truncated conic surfaces that became the basis for calling these crushers as cone ones. The working space of the modern cone crushers is formed by more complicated surfaces.

| Centrifugal impact crushers |
| Processing of iron ore is very complicated task for any crusher. Therefore, many firms specially develop machines for these conditions which allow efficiently crush such complicated due to its hardness and abrasiveness material as iron ore. In such crushers of particular strong design the technology of "stone against stone" crushing is used when the material's grains, while impacting each other in crushing chamber, realise the self-grinding with formation of the additional lining from the stone layer that allows to reduce the metal wearing and re-lining costs.

| Roller crushers |
| Main working element of the roller crusher is the cylindrical roller which is rotating around horizontal axis. Material to be crushed is fed from the top, drawn between the rollers or roller and crushing chamber lining and it results in its crushing.
Roller crushers can have one, two, three and four rollers. The surfaces of their rollers are made to be smooth, corrugated, ribbed, toothed and reinforced with hard wear resistant material.
Toothed roller crusher are used for crushing of the black coal and similar materials of low strength. The size of crushed product depends on both the size of the output slot between the rollers, and type of working elements surface. In the world's practice, the roller crushers are used, as a rule, on the final crushing phases (medium and small crushing).

| Rotor crushers |
| Rotor crushers are machines designed for the impact crushing of various materials, which are crushed using fast rotating beaters, which are rigidly fixed on the outer surface of the rotor.
These crushers feature high technical and economical parameters – the large extent of the crushing, great productivity, lower specific energy consumption, relatively lower specific weight and dimensions, simplicity of their design and convenience in maintenance comparing to jaw and cone crushers, as well as particular advantages of rotor crushers – high crushing selectivity, high percentage of output of cubic products and lower sensitivity to the taking in of non-crushable objects.

| Hammer crushers |
| The crushers of impact action pertain to hammer crushers with hinge impact elements – hammers – being fixed on the rotor. The hammer crushers feature high crushing degree which reach 100, as well as low weight and insignificant value of 1 ton of crushed material. Power consumption, weight and dimensions of the hammer crusher per productivity unit are 2-5 times lower than jaw and cone crushers have.
Comparatively small sizes of hammer crushers allow to mount them in limited spaces. The mounting of the hammer crusher with dynamically balanced rotor requires no construction of the heavy foundation. At present time, hammer crushers are widely used in various branches of the industry and manufacture of construction materials.

| Vibration feeders |
| Complete range of vibration feeders enables to choose the ideal equipment for appropriate application. In many cases, vibration equipment Telsmith can be remade or upgraded, in order to meet the particular needs of the customer.
Vibration feeders are all-purpose enough for the processing of large or small material. Their design is ideal for mobile units.
Vibration feeders are used under loading bins on the mobile units for taking in of the large cargo portions and ensuring of controlled feeding to jaw or impact crushers.

| Spiral classifiers pertain to mechanical classifiers. Two types of spiral classifiers are manufactured – with non-immersion and immersion spiral.
Spiral classifiers comparing to hydraulic cyclones consume lower electric power, they can classify larger material and have longer overhaul periods.
